Indoor Sales Executive
Job Responsibility:
- Gaining a clear understanding of customer’s business and requirements.
- Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts and phone calls.
- Recording sales and order information and coordination by processing orders.
- Liaise with warehouse team to check the progress of existing orders, arrange for delivery and collect payment from customer.
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
- Handle all sales administrative documentation including issuing Invoice and Delivery Order.
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a must due to the nature of the business.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
- Computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) competencies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Sales Executive
Job Responsibility:
- Acquiring new clients and maximizing sales by understanding customer’s business and requirements.
- To follow up and complete sales transactions with assigned clients and new clients.
- Conduct client site visits when necessary.
- Support on sales activities such as customer quotation / proposal / tender.
- Ensure collection of outstanding payment by customers are done within the terms extended
- To perform other related jobs as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a must due nature of business.
- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Highly self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literate is preferred.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
